| Providing safety environment, safeguarding household
life and property are one of the pre-requisites of Property
Management. With this in mind, our company overriding
the others gained many awards from various competitions.
Among all these, the success of the Hong Kong district
is especially encouraging, a total of twelve commercial
and residential buildings are selected by the Central
and Western District Fire Safety Committee as the "Model
Fire Prevention Building". These successful results had
implied the acquisition of the public realization to our
effort in staff training, facilities maintenance, residents'
participation, and as the model of the same industry as
