Due to business expansion and more cost effective, our Head Office was moved to 20-21/F., Well Tech Centre, 9 Pat Tat Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong in May 1998. It occupies a total area of 12,000 sq. ft. The new office is modernly designed with computerized and technological management system.

Establishment of Area Office
Our objective is to provide quality property management services more efficiently and effectively. All Area Offices are well-equipped with modern office facilities. The officer-in-charge will report direct to his immediate supervisor, for instance, Principal Property Manager or Deputy General Manager. This kind of setup will enhance efficiency and tighten more control on staff.
