Management Office

Property Officer

  • Degree or Diploma holder of Property Management, Hotel, Tourism or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management of which at least 2 years in supervisory capacity
  • Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation
  • Customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently and communicate well with all levels of subordinates 

Concierge & Security

Property Service Attendant

  • Form 1 or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework 
  • Relevant experience in security or customer service is preferable
  • Customer-oriented, pleasant and hardworking
  • Holder of Safety Card, Security Personnel Permit & QAS Certificate
  • Working 12 hours per day

Club House

Club Assistant

  • Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualificaions Framework
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Assist in daily operations of clubhouse and management of festive functions 
  • Candidate with relevant customer service working experience is an advantage
  • Work on shift 


Technical Officer

  • Degree Holder of Electrical Engineering (EE), Building Services Engineering (BSE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Building Surveying or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework(BS)
  • Minimum 2 years of practical building maintenance experience preferably in consultant firms or property management companies
  • Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation handing, etc.
  • Holder of Safety Card, Safety Supervisor Certificate and Registered Minor Works Contractor Individual (Class III) will be an advantage


Management Trainees


Job Description:

The Management Trainee Programme is a 18 months' programme designed to nurture fresh graduates who are willing to join a people-orientated industry. Our MTs will be granted with ample opportunities to work with peer groups in clubhouse management, security control, environmental protection programmes, facility management, festive events co-ordination and Annual General Meetings or regular meetings with landlords, Incorporated Owners, or Owners' Corporation members. Our programme consists of:
