Management Office

Assistant Property Officer

  • Degree or Diploma holder of Property Management, Hotel, Tourism or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework

    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property management of which at least 1 year in supervisory capacity
    • Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation
    • Customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Able to work independently and communicate well with all levels of subordinates 

Property Assistant

  • Form 5 or above or qualificaion equivalent to Qualifications Framework
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferable
  • Responsible for handing clerical and building management related-issues
  • Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of Chinese

Concierge & Security

Property Service Attendant

  • Form 1 or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework 
  • Relevant experience in security or customer service is preferable
  • Customer-oriented, pleasant and hardworking
  • Holder of Safety Card, Security Personnel Permit & QAS Certificate
  • Working 12 hours per day



  • Holder of Safety Card, Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) and Registered Minor Works Contractor (Class III)
  • Responsible for building and facility maintenance
  • Experience in plastering, woodworking, painting and ironware

Technical Officer

  • Degree Holder of Electrical Engineering (EE), Building Services Engineering (BSE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Building Surveying or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework(BS)
  • Minimum 2 years of practical building maintenance experience preferably in consultant firms or property management companies
  • Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation handing, etc.
  • Holder of Safety Card, Safety Supervisor Certificate and Registered Minor Works Contractor Individual (Class III) will be an advantage
