| Every Building Attendant receives a 2-day security-training course after reporting duty.
Training includes duties and responsibilities, appearance and behavior, use of equipment,
system of recording, patrolling, handling emergency and legal responsibilities and relevant
legislation.

| In view of the upgrading requirements of government and clients on building
maintenance and property management, Hang Yick has arranged a legal course with the University
of Hong Kong in early of this year. The content includes the in-depth explanation of Deed of
Mutual Covenant (DMC) and Building Management Ordinance (BMO) which widen the legal knowledge
of the attendees and better equip themselves to provide quality service to the customers. |

| The course aims at improving the skills and knowledge of supervisory staff in
various aspects of property management. It introduces the responsibilities of property
management, DMC, BMO, provision of cleaning and security services, management duties of
different types of properties, preparation of management budget and recovery of outstanding
management fee, risk management, property insurance, emergency procedures, customer service
and professionalism, case studies and problem solving techniques. |

| Entering the new era, Hang Yick puts an effort on diversifying the services to the clients.
In order to advocate the harmony of family and upgrade the quality of life, we promote civil
education to the clients by forming " Private Estate Scout Brigade " which is jointly organized
with Scout Association of Hong Kong.
To make the campaign successful, our colleagues spend their leisure time to attend Cub Scout Basic
Training Course. At present, Cub Scout Brigades are officially formed in Beverly Hill,
The Grand Panorama, Imperial Court and Flora Plaza.
