- - Degree or Diploma holder of Property Management, Hotel, Tourism or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework
- - Minimum 3 years of experience in property management of which at least 2 years in supervisory capacity
- - Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation
- - Customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- -Able
to work independently and communicate well with all levels of subordinates
- - Holder of Safety Card and Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A)
- - Responsible for building and facility maintenance
- - Experience in plastering, woodworking, painting and ironware
- - HKDSEE/ Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework
- - Provide clerical and administrative support
- - Assist in daily operations of clubhouse and management of festive function
- - Candidate with relevant customer service working experience is an advantage
- - Work on shift
- -HKDSEE / Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework
- -1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferable
- -Responsible for handling clerical and building management related-issues
- -Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- -Good command of Chinese
- - Relevant
experience in security or customer service is preferable

- - Holder
of Safety Card, Security Personnel Permit & QAS Certificate
