- - Degree or Diploma holder of Property Management, Hotel, Tourism or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework
- - Minimum 3 years of experience in property management of which at least 2 years in supervisory capacity
- - Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation
- - Customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- -Able
to work independently and communicate well with all levels of subordinates
- - Holder of Safety Card and Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A)
- - Responsible for building and facility maintenance
- - Experience in plastering, woodworking, painting and ironware
- - HKDSEE/ Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework
- - Provide clerical and administrative support
- - Assist in daily operations of clubhouse and management of festive function
- - Candidate with relevant customer service working experience is an advantage
- - Work on shift
- - Relevant
experience in security or customer service is preferable
- - Customer-oriented,
pleasant and hardworking
- - Holder
of Safety Card, Security Personnel Permit & QAS Certificate
- - Working for 12 hours per day
Management
Trainees
MT Programme
Our Management Trainee Programme aims to
nurture property management professionals mainly through job rotation, mentorship,
and structured training programmes within 18 months. Also, MTs will be involved
in a wide range of job functions, including facility management, customer
relationship management, finance and asset management, event management,
clubhouse management, environmental protection projects, and so on. Finally, this
programme will lead our MTs to the professional qualification, Property
Management Practitioner Licence.
Job
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in any
disciplines;
- Keen to pursue a career in property
management industry;
- Good command of Chinese and English; and
- Fresh
Graduates are welcome.
