The “Jockey Club Age-friendly City Partnership Scheme 2024/2025” sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and organized by the Research Centre for Gerontology and Family Studies at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, was held on 19 January, 2026, recognizing the efforts of all sectors of society in building an age-friendly city that caters to the needs of people of different ages. Hang Yick was awarded the "Age-Friendly Employer Award". Simultaneously, it fulfills its corporate social responsibility by promoting ERB courses and services, supporting employment for disadvantaged groups. Well Born has participated in this program for two consecutive years, organizing various volunteer activities to care for the elderly and providing corresponding employment opportunities, thereby enhancing the importance of being friendly to the elderly and promoting a socially inclusive atmosphere.
