Property Management Week 2026: Henderson Property Management Department Wins 19 Awards

Organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Property Managers, the “Property Management Week 2026 – Outstanding Practitioners Award Ceremony and Seminar” was successfully held on 26 June 2026 at Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Mr Suen Kwok Lam, Executive Director of Henderson Land Group, delivered a keynote address, emphasising that the property management industry has always been fully aligned with societal needs, affirming the sector's contributions, and encouraging peers to continue their collaborative efforts to enhance the quality of community living. In addition, the Henderson Property Management Department won 19 awards in the Outstanding Practitioners category, including Frontline Staff - Champion, Middle Management Staff - Champion, Managerial Staff - Champion, Concierge Service Award - Champion, and Elderly Care Service Award - Champion. The results are remarkable and encouraging.
