Corporate Social Responsibility

To further enhance and strengthen the management skill and leadership of executive staffs, the executives staffs of Henderson Land Group Property Management Department have participated “ Executive Development Programme” organized by the School of Hotel & Tourism Management, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In response to social development and the demand of the industry, the 2 days intense Programme had been involved with Guest Relationship and Communication, Quality Customer Service, Food and Beverage Service Management and Managing Conflicts and Disputes which were conducted by senior lecturers of the school.
