HKAEE and HKGOC recognise businesses for attaining environmental excellence

The presentation ceremony of the 2018 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence (HKAEE) and the Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification (HKGOC) was had held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 29th April 2019, to commend over a hundred organisations for their green management practices and implementation of various effective and innovative energy-saving and waste reduction measures to conserve the environment. HENDERSON LAND GROUP Property Management Department –Hang Yick Properties Management upholds the long-establishing goal of Henderson to fulfill CSR, establish sustainable development, executes environmental practice and helps build the society. The properties managed by Hang Yick had received the Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification (HKGOC) from the Environmental Campaign Committee are : Bella Vista, Finery Par, Ho On Mansion, Hong Leong Ind. Complex, International Industrial Centre, Kwong Wah Plaza, New Trend Ctr. , Paradise Square (residence), Royal Terrace, The Sparkle, Universal Trade Ctr. , The Tolo Place, Sheung Shui Ctr. (residence) and Sunshine City E-M. Such Certifications are to benchmark the green performance of the proberties and encourage them to sustain their environmental initiatives in waste reduction, energy saving, carbon reduction, indoor air quality improvement and to strengthen environmental attributes in products.
