The "Year of Fire Prevention" Inauguration and Spring Banquet for the Year of the Horse, hosted by Henderson Property Management Department on 3 March 2026 at The Mira penthouse ballroom, focused on raising awareness and reinforcing fire safety best practices. The event was officiated by The Honourable Mrs Regina Ip Lau Suk-yee, GBM, GBS, JP, Convenor of the Executive Council of the Hong Kong SAR Government; Dr. Lam Ko Yin GBS, Vice Chairman of Henderson Land Development Company Limited; Dr. Wong Kong-tin, Chairperson of the Property Management Services Authority; and Mr. Suen Kwok Lam SBS, BBS, MH, JP, Executive Director of Henderson Land Development Company Limited. Management from the Henderson Group, as well as friends from the political, business, and sports sectors, also attended to show their support.
