Hang Yick Properties Management Ltd. of Henderson Land Group Property Management Department, has been awarded the" ERB Excellence Award for Employers" of ERB Annual Award Presentation Ceremony 2018-19 by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB). ERB acknowledge Hang Yick with outstanding accomplishments in manpower development, the fulfillment of social responsibilities and the care of the disadvantaged. Over the years, Hang Yick has been continually supporting the manpower training and development with recruitment from retraining programs and to create employment opportunities for the unemployed. Number of staff recruited and the staff retention rate are both outstanding. In addition, Hang Yick has developed internal training based on the demand of the industry focusing on customer service, fire safety, first aid, housing estates maintenance.
