The company has always been very supportive of the Job Shadowing Mentorship Scheme. Over the years, we have actively supported less privileged youth, helping them broaden their horizons, understand the world of work by offering managerial mentors to them, hoping to assist them exploring future development directions and contribute to society in the future.This year, the "Volunteer Committee" cooperated with the "Hong Kong Christian Service" once again for the Scheme. Mr. Gary Lam, the Regional Senior General Manager of "Hang Yick", together with five managers became the mentors. They mentored the students in a real workplace, to let them experience the full day-to-day work of various managers, which benefits them a lot. In 2022, a total of 12 secondary school students completed a two-day special work trip in our company.
